Johnny in the service department was absolutely phenomenal! He’s knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very professional! I also worked with Winger in the parts department, he was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. I am retired military and I’ve dealt with dealerships all over the USA and this was my best experience. I am very thankful for their professionalism and knowledge to get me back on the road. Brian the service manager also jumped in to assist. I highly recommend this dealership! Thank you again gentleman, you’re the best!
So sad the customer service has gone down hill we have gone to them several times over the years with questions about our jeeps and trucks and a simple call they could answer all our questions after multiple calls today they weren’t able to help me and I get sometime that they can’t but the service department was rude and cut me off I hate calling back asking for a manager but I had too they still weren’t able to help me and all they said was I work here for a year and we have never been able to help with that. Even tho I called last month and was able to get help. Then said to me that I guess you should ask for that person So I called a different dealership that is more of a drive but they were able to help me and I scheduled more service with them. That I was planning doing myself.just kinda bummed several generations of my family had used Roberson but I guess we will take our business elsewhere:/
We did not buy a vehicle at Roberson, but we did have the pleasure of working with Matt Aguilar. He was very knowledgeable and very relaxed. He is not your typical car salesman and seems to come from an honest hard working background. We really appreciated him helping us and showing us different vehicles. Definitely a nice change from the typical car salesman.
Worst dealer experinence ever. Do not buy or have your vehicle serviced from them. They were not honest, we tried to walk way, sales person held our keys, refused to give them back after being asked twice. He went and got a slightly better deal. They took pictures of our trade-in before deal was completed. Listed these on their web page with our license plate still on them. The vehicle they sold us had huge scratch in hood, was a new vehicle. Told us trade-in was reduced because the vehicle had been smoke in and they would have to sell it for less, however they listed the vehicle for a huge price. Very dishonest.
I am in the market for a new full size truck and saw that they had a sale advertised on their website. I messaged one of their sale reps to confirm that the advertised price and vehicle are still available. The confirmed and I set up an appointment to view the truck the next day.
Long story short, I ended up test driving the truck, filling out the financing paperwork, and giving them the keys for my trade in before the manager informed me that the price posted online was a mistake and it was actually 7k more than advertised. This is absolutely ridiculous and they wasted three hours of my time.
I will never buy a car or truck from a dealer that misrepresents the price of their vehicles. It should not be legal for car dealers to lie about the price of a truck and then switch the price when it is time to finalize financing. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone and will take my business to Portland.
Bought a ram 3500 from this dealer through Hayden in July 2023. Hayden was great to work with. I did most of the deal through phone and email. Got to a mutually agreeable price point that was honored when I showed up. I was at the dealership about 1 hour in total to include the signing of the deal, the walkthrough of the vehicle systems, and meeting the owner. Appreciate the efficiency and transparency of their process.
I always think the true measure of any business is how they handle non-standard situations. I experience a major system failure of the vehicle in August 2023. Johny and Diana at service really hoofed it to make things right. Johny located a rental vehicle for me (at a better price than I could get on my own) and prioritized the repair (other dealers were estimating 2 weeks to even evaluate the issue) and even paid for expedited shipping of delayed parts. Communication was almost daily on the issue. While I was not happy to experience a serious system failure on a new truck nor was I happy with the 10 day repair timeline, I think the Roberson team did the best they could with the circumstance.
I had recall issues with my Ram truck.
I was treated like royalty. If you have issues talk to the supervisor before leaving a bad review. I had issues and the supervisor took care of me.
Sometimes you loose faith in customer service but than that one person makes it all good again because he understands the wants and needs of customers. Thanks.
I came into the dealer with a lot of negative equity in my truck. Although we could not come up with the deal I wanted, both Josh and Trenton, spent a lot of time speaking with me reviewing options such as leasing and various purchase options. I appreciated the education and thought that they really made an investment of their time to help me.
